Endicott Ln kitchen, Bloomfield Hills MIBack to Gallery
Note the left-handed user configuration…this is one of the few arrangements in which a standard side-by-side fridge makes the slightest sense, as the user is opening the most frequently used appliance in proper relationship to door swing. Also, note the pantry, rotated off the top of the “T”, but still accessible, the small prep sink (requested by the client, and therefore eliminating the possible use of Elements or Accessories), and the unusual configuration of the Gaggenau 200 Series Vario cooktop components. In addition, the Scullery sink in the island allows Elements and Accessories. This would lead one to believe the functions of the sinks are reversed. Not the best example of a proximity kitchensystem kitchen, but still more functional than most, especially for the left-handed user.
